Can someone please tell me how is it we pay more for everything yet receive next to nothing in return? Beaches and park closings, Streets in horrible repair overall, empty houses everywhere, not enough books in outdated schools and classrooms taxes and fees up the gazoo!!!!!!!!!!

So we are the 5th fastest DYING city in the country now we have the 3rd highest mortgage rate in the country.

Our elected officials do NOTHING to help the people of Buffalo. They have all been in politics so long they only serve themselves. They only take up causes that look good during election year so they get voted in again and the NY voters fall for it. Either they get voted out our we should all move to NC!

Maybe these extra closing fees and more red tape when closing a home in the Buffalo area has saved us from the fiasco happening in oter parts of the country.
Those areas like NV.FL.CA. may have looked the other way with regard to ablility to pay and soundness of the property value.
