Good grief. What is so difficult about reading the whole article before posting a comment? If you had bothered to read further you would have noticed the sentence "but looks could be deceiving" and you would know that the article presents the fact that the market is generally mediocore at best. Furthermore, what you are talking about has nothing to do with the artcle. You are talking about the housing market and you seem to miss the fact that the article is talking about the commercial and industrial real estate market. Why did you post when you don't even understand the subject, let alone the facts presented, of the article?
