No one is listening about the restrictions

The complete watering ban has been lifted in New Lenox. If someone wants to pay for the water to keep their lawn green so what, it is their water bill.

Those of us who have our own well can water anyway. Yet it doesnt seem to help the grass.

Our lawn is mostly dead, however, my veggies are doing great!
