They are looking for the Fenton’s white Jeep Cherokee, which is now missing. It’s described as a 1993 Limited Edition with Florida license plate number S678MI.

Still, neighbors were confused by Rebecca’s demeanor with officers.

“She looked not like someone that just lost her husband,” said Bernard Vault.“That’s very strange for someone to just be working out, as they say, and find your husband and it doesn’t even bother you. It doesn’t add up.”

Nothing like a nosey nieghbor to accuse you of complicity in murder before they can even haul away you husbands body. SLAP! That's me bringing you back to reality Bernard.

Per myfoxtampabay.com , the white jeep was found last night around midnight. They didn't say where the jeep was found because of the investigation.....

It was found only a few blocks away from the residence. Sounds like someone knew exactly where and when to "strike"...? Something just isn't right about this story... guess we'll find out in the days to come.

I just wondered what "someone that just lost her husband" is supposed to "look" like? It's easy to point fingers and, who knows, maybe it'll be revealed that there was involvement, but to judge how someone "looks" in the face of a tragedy is unfair, unless you're a trained behaviorist. IMHO...

Quite honestly, the area that this happened in, is not too good. This is where we recovered our race bike that was stolen from our home a few months back. The house that they are showing on tv is nice... but they don't show the rest of the neighborhood. This is just north of the "Greenwood" area where the controversial film... " Gone wild in da hood".. was made. I don't really believe the wife had anything to do with it... and I agree... how are you supposed to look when you discover your husband dead? People deal with stress and anxiety in different ways. God forbid this was to ever happen to me, as I deal with stress and anxiety with laughter. Can you see me on the news... laughing my butt off? Everyone would think I was guilty. Even having surgeries in the hospital... I get the nervous giggles for at least an hour before I go under the knife. Have had drs and nurses recognize me from my giggling. They can tell me bad news or risks involved... I am laughing myself to tears.... my husband never understood what I was doing... at first. But now he knows this is how I deal with difficult situations. Hope they find the criminals involved in this tragedy. We don't need anymore whackos out there running around.

It really isn't fair to judge anyone on how they look, becuase some go numb from shock or denial that they just don't know what or how to think themselves. Until reality hits and sinks in that its real.... sometimes it takes a little while, and some just fall apart at the seams when tragedy strikes. It hits everyone different. And I think it also depends on your connection to the person. If its your child.... etc...

well if i were to go numb from the shock of loosing my husband you wouldnt find me laughing and smiling while talking to the police... i might even shed a tear or two... but thats just me im sure there are plenty of people out there who would smile and joke right after they found their husband dead... im sure its completely normal... right?

The story says that they "questioned" her, which would be past-tense.

I tend to be a nervous laugher/giggler too.

I didn't see this woman, so I can't speak for her or her reaction. However, everyone does react differently to situations and it would be difficult to judge.
Did this neighbor see her outside while looking out her window? Was this neighbor by her side the whole time? I don't know. She could have taken what the wife was doing out of context.

She would have been questioned by the police, and would have to be ruled out as a suspect ...that is standard procedure.

when i say "laughing and joking" its because thats what i saw her doing on the video link... i watched it a few times thinking... maybe she is crying? but unless the face lift treatments serioussly messed with her nerves... i see laughing and joking...

I knew this guy. He was the typical baby-boomer; materialistic, bleached teeth, fake smile, shallow, all things are relative, married 5 times, trophy brides/harpys, probably a swinger. I think multiple gunshot wounds is more a crime of passion than a robbery or carjacking- esp with the jeep found one block from home...
