It is not OK to sleep on the floor of a high school hallway. Ever. So, when Dean Fennel from Holy Trinity High School called Teri Kroll early in the 2001 school year to say that her son, 16-year-old Timothy Kroll, was doing just that, she and Tim's father Frank were more than a little concerned.

Massapequa's drug problem has been here for years and ignored. I wrote numerous letters to the 7th pct about my neighbor who sells drugs out of his house in Massapequa Park 10 x's and for 7 years. They never even investigated. It all started in the 70's with Coke then 80's with Steroids, now Heroid and Vic, Oxy in the 2010's. Massapequa has a long history with sellers and users of drugs.

oh please every town has a drug problem. Massapequa only gets singled out because it's an all white town. Theres a crack/heroine/pot epidemic in amityville right next door to us and it gets no coverage.Yes there are drugs in massapequa but at least you can walk the streets safely at night.

You seriously don't think it's safe to walk the streets at night in Amityville? LOL.
Seriously though, the real drug towns now are Brentwood East Meadow Hempstead Elmont.
