I never thought of that. Interesting concept. The one's on line have cranberries on top of cheese blintzes. But, my mother used to make jelly blintzes with the left over batter. I have to think of a way to dry out the cranberry sauce a bit and try it. Maybe use my mother in laws cranberry orange relish.

I make cranberry sauce with fresh cranberries -- you can control the consistency with how much sugar water you use to boil them.

On the radio earlier today, I heard about a place that is making turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce donuts...
