I rather have that $15 ticket as you put it roboblogger. I was in a head-on accident this past summer in Calhoun. I believe I recieved as little damage as I did all because of my seat belt. I much rather have a burn scar than have gone flying thru my windshield. So keep that in mind when your paying your $15 ticket for your seatbelt. And btw, I think a seatbelt fine is $25.
