Why it's a nightmare to work Black Friday

West doesn't work there anymore, but when he first started at the Macy's flagship store in New York City, Black Friday sales started at 5 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving.

I admire retail workers. I could never put up what they have to put up with. They are underpaid at most retailers and receive no benefits.
