Kimberly, friend of the family, whichever name you use, if I "seen" this man get up and walk to the tracks five times he has not committed a crime. What the hell do we tell the police, he's looking at the railroad tracks, come arrest him.
Blame it on everybody else. Since you are a friend of the family why didn't you call the police before he went to the cellar? I'm sure he was acting strange before he left home. Sounds like it's your fault he's dead. You could have saved him.
Two other things, it's "saw" not "seen" and from the posts I've read from you the past couple of years, if I ever "seen" you on the street I would call the police and tell them you have been acting strange for a long time so come lick your crazy azz up.
First of all I do NOT know this man or his family second of all so what if he was walking over to the train tracks, I did NOT blame anyone all I said was NOONE will EVER know the reason that this man did this!! As for you "get real" you need to get a life!!! Stay out of the bars!!! And keep my name out of your mouth!!

If you do not know this man, why did you post your comments under the name "friend of the family?" You are losing control, Kimberly. And you said it's our fault for not calling the police when he was seen walking over to the RR tracks. Let me take you to Toms and buy you a beer. Lets sit awhile, sip some beer, clear the air. I think we can become very close friends, Kimberly. Lets forget all this railroad bulls and get to the real things on our mind. Love.

As I stated in my last post to you, I only post with my real name which is Kimberly Jacobson.. in other words I don't hide behind screen names like a coward would!! So I am NOT the person "friend of the family"! Why did you NOT understand that from my last post? As for going to "Toms and you buying me a beer.... I DO NOT drink or consume Alcoholic beverages and would you like for my husband Gene Jacobson to come with me?" I hardly think my husband would allow me to go anywhere with another man!! As for "LOVE" the only one that I "LOVE" is my husband!! Thanks though for you snide remarks!!

Excuse me, he was not mentally disturbed???? Sorry but if someone gets up from their table three times to go see if the train is coming, that's mentally disturbed.
And you say this could have been avoided if people cared about one another. Excuse me, but who the hell are you to say it's OUR fault the man stood in front of a train. Do NOT try to put the blame on us. I did not see anywhere in the article where someone pushed him in front of the train, nobody told him to do it. Sorry but it was not our fault, it was totally his fault. I will sleep well tonight.

Get Real, I'm not here to argue with u I come in peace and I did not say that this incident was the fault of anyone there. I was simply saying that when we see ppl that may look or act like they are not acting reasonably it may be wise for ppl to place a call to authorities and let them step in. I do hope that u were not a witness to his incident, no one should have to live with that in their thoughts as innocent bystanders.
We did on Tuesday night at Toms Place. Cops came took him out. He had no license & a zip lock bag of pills + drunk as hell. Saying he had a .44. CARTERSVILLE POLICE let him go!!!

May that sweet man rest in peace and his family find comfort. It was stated by the waitress who served him that he said to her, "I know why the caged bird sings". I researched and found that it is a poem from the great Maya Angelou. For you, John Martin Ceresoli Jr. and his family:

The free bird leaps
on the back of the win
and floats downstream
till the current ends
and dips his wings
in the orange sun rays
and dares to claim the sky.

But a bird that stalks
down his narrow cage
can seldom see through
his bars of rage
his wings are clipped and
his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing.

The caged bird sings
with fearful trill
of the things unknown
but longed for still
and is tune is heard
on the distant hillfor the caged bird
sings of freedom
The free bird thinks of another breeze
an the trade winds soft through the sighing trees
and the fat worms waiting on a dawn-bright lawn
and he names the sky his own.

But a caged bird stands on the grave of dreams
his shadow shouts on a nightmare scream
his wings are clipped and his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing
The caged bird sings
with a fearful trill
of things unknown
but longed for still
and his tune is heard
on the distant hill
for the caged bird
sings of freedom.
