The Jewish lunar calendar is not based on the Babylonian one. The Jewish nation predates the Babylonian by hundred of years. Passover is tied to a Jewish month and is celebrated in April this year, not at this Easter Season. It was the Jewish Christians who wanted to celebrate on Sunday.

We need to celebrate the FACT of Jesus resurrection and power of it during the Easter season.
