Hey That's discrimination. I am Christain and if I can't display a religious holy manger during my Christmas Holiday how come every other religion can display their religious beliefs? Their displays offend me. America, what's going on?

If you want to put a manger in the back of your pick up with the gun racks in the back window and drive around Marin, I don't think anyone is going to stop you.

The polarization and the overwhelming hostilities, both passive and aggressive, that manifest in the "I'm offended," or "I'm excluded," or "I'm being controlled," or "I'm this" and "You're that," "I'm being discriminated against," etc., etc., etc. This is really quite stunning.

Tolerance vs Promotion.? Oh please!...how about folks not making their lives a statement of "IT'S ALL ABOUT ME and commit to serving this globe of diverse humanity...our planet is dying, our civilization is crumbling as we know it and we're worried about Billboards and Holy Mangers.

I notice that those that are living in service to something grander than the personal little "I-ego" don't have time to quibble about such trivialities...

Get a life...I mean get INTO LIFE and stop quarreling like little children...

This is pretty cool, and a conceptual way to celebrate a holiday. Please remember there is a significant jewish population in the bay area and Marin so this hate toward the acknowledgement of the main holiday for them is very mean and unenlightened.
Stop the hate people!

Wow, talk about stereotyping.
Just so You know, years ago I lived in another extremely rural area, everybody drove a pu-truck, complete with the whole gunrack thing, and it's towns population was over 35% Hare Khrishna Followers.

That's what i thought, as well. Just recently, the City of Novato covered the beautiful flowers on a hillside stating, "No Billboards Allowed." What's really going on?????

Billboards are no allowed in Marin. Recall the hillside, along Hwy. 101, in Novato w/ the pretty flowers. Those flowers were considered a "billboard," due to the message conveyed. Apprx. 2 weeks ago, the city covered the pretty flowers w/ hay.

Yhere's a huge Christian faith in America and yet my children can no longer Pledge Allegence to our American flag each morning because of offending other religions. So I am offended because the Jewish communnity is pushing their religion down my throught by promoting their message thru these mobil billboards....Not to mention billboards of any kind are illegal in Marin. I just hate how the rules/laws are broken for certain people.

Any form of billboard is illegal in Marin county. That's the point everyone is trying to make. So lighten up and respect our laws.

I totally agree with banishing this inspirational Jewish billboard.

Asking Marinites to think is a pointless venture.

It offends me that this isn't a possibility in my community.

It would be "no way baby," if it was any other group other than this one.

Oh, you poor babies. You inundate all aspects of our lives from Halloween to New Years with the observance of your religion and your holiday of Christmas. Another religion openly observes their holiday for a week or two, and you get bent out of shape.

Live with it. We don't have to hide in our houses or places of worship to observe our religion.

"How would you change your life in the next year? What is a fear that you have and how has it limited you?"

Someone please tell me how this is religious at all? Those are questions that we should all think about once in a while. So what are you really offended about?
