The New Persian Peace Alliance Treaty: Part I of X.
The New Persian Peace
On the specified date herein designated within the New Persian Peace Alliance, in the year of , it is made to be universally and officially recognized, through the signing of this document, the establishment, enactment, and pursuance of the New Persian Peace Alliance.
The provisions recognized within this universally recognized treatise, hereby to be known as the Persian Peace Alliance, are deemed legal and binding in accordance with the guidelines set forth within International Laws and Statutes:
Article 461, Chapter XVI, states:
A treaty is a formal instrument of agreement by which two or more States establish or seek to establish a relation [ship] under international law between [amongst] themselves. Research in International Law, Draft Convention of the Law of Treaties (Harvard Law School), art. 1 Aa), 29 A.J.I.L. Supp.(1935) 653, 686.
Treatise may be defined as compacts entered into between soverign states for the purpose of creating new rights and duties or defining existing ones. C.G. Fenwick, International Law (1924) 318.
The term treaty is also loosely used as the general term to designate any form of [mutual] international agreement for the sole benefit of all parties, herein to be known as States, involved. G.G. Wilson, Handbook of International Law (3d ed., 1939) 199.
The purpose of the New Persian Peace Alliance is to draw together in a union of distinct and separate States, for the purpose of peaceful interaction, trade practices, terms of peace and mutual cooperation during all times, including such times which may demand militaristic action, pursuits of common interest, and a means by which the nations herein defined shall maintain the utmost of dignity and respect between and amongst themselves.
The nations hereby aligned within the New Persian Peace Alliance are all nations including:
Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Yemen, Oman, United Arab Emirates Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India Sri LankaNepal, Bangladesh, Burma,
Each and every Nation included in the New Persian Peace Alliance shall create and practice the provisions of this treaty by specifically designating a board of delegates.
The board of delegates thereby assigned by Each Nation herein stated shall uphold the duties of regularly convening.
Conventions shall be regularly scheduled so that realms and multi-lateral agreements can be reached concerning the respect and recognition of each Nations religion, the finding of common trade taxes, regulations and standards, meetings for mutual friendship, purposes of international transparency, the safeguarding of currency reserves and the establishment of a universal currency to be accepted by members of the Persian Peace Alliance, communication of militaristic intents for the purpose of peaceful unity, diversity, and acceptance amongst nations. Conventions shall also address issues of each nations hopes, progresses, and aspirations. Conventions shall also address areas of trials and tribulations so that all members of the New Persian Peace Alliance can direct aid toward such trials and tribulation.
Each State above and forthwith identified agrees to allow, without hindrance nor militaristic threat, the practice of each States or Nations desired religion. It is hereby recognized the freedom of each and every Nations religion.
