while i may agree with Mr Truthiness but haven't decided fully yet, Islam stems from Judaism but many of the stories customs are the same. The idea of a woman covering herself up comes from Judaism, Muhamaad originally faced Jerusalem not Mecca.
Christianity and Islam both stem from Judaism so there will be many similarities.

All I know is the Hollywood Policeman is on Stirling Road and pushes the red light button to stop the traffic.Then the congregation of Young Israel can walk AS SLOW AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE to cross the street to the Temple.I do not care if they walk, I do not care if the policeman changes the light to red so they can cross. I DO CARE when their attitude of ENTITLEMENT causes them to creep across the street with NO REGARD to the stopped traffic. I guess they believe if they are walking and not driving, that I should not be either.For such "holy people" they are an inconsiderate bunch.
