Maybe a little more police presence could have prevented this.Ever since the mayor cast the tie breaking vote that she said she would never do to get rid of our own polie dept. police presence has been little to non existent.Give yourself a big pat on the back for that one Mayor Soto. You should be real proud of what has become of our quiet little town.

Hainesville needs a border patrol - to keep out the surrounding "Rounds" (ie, Lake, Park, Beach).

According to the Chicago Tribune "find a neighborhood" option in the Real estate section, Hainesville and RLP have the same crime rating. RLB and RL and Grayslake are higher. Fox Lake is higher still. Who woulda thunk? Blacks and Mexicans bring crime, but apparently so do others.

Soto???? Like a "Barry (AKA the PotuS) Soto" type Soto? The Police need and deserve citizen support. Yes some will say they are corrupt but they are representative of society itself.

Understood. Guess you failed in reading and comprehension early on. Glad you reread my information, comprehending it this time.
I am surprised you actually used an acronym, bravo. Especially since it is appropriate for me. Pleasing, Original & Smart.

Just so you understand POS, your original post was completely off topic and incomprehensible. Maybe when the pot smoke clears out of your room you will figure it out.

Poor baby, don't be so sad. As I said reading and comprehension obviously are your weak points. Articulation seems to be a problem too. So as to not cause another aneurysm in your circle of Willis come back after you pass into grade school. Now sleep tight as tomorrow should be a school day for you. Perhaps they will even give you a real pair of scissors.
In glad you like calling me Pleasing, Original & Smart (POS) because it fits so well.

Hey I know we need to support law enforcement...it's an ugly job and someone has to do it. But if you ever get a policeman with a personal vendetta against you, using the power of his job to harass you, it'll make you hate the whole bunch of them.

Put a uniform on some snotty-nosed kid with a too high opinion of himself, and it can go to his head real fast.

round lake park has always been bad for some reason that areas always looked run down and there always been b.s. there ever since i can remember.now its just getting alot worse and it sucks to see.back when i was in school i remember the punks in the school reffered to round lake park as compton and i would only assume they were calling it that because it was beat down and run down like the city of compton, calif and not because they seen n.w.a. filming a video going down washington.

Basset Boss you hit the nail right on the head, when MAYOR SOTO said I will not break a tie ,, well Linda you got what you paid for , little or no police presence in our community , car burglaries up , shootings in our town, and IF you see a squad it is on hainesville road heading to washington or 120 kinda like drive by policing , like drive by shootings

I live in round lake park. A block from the shooting. Where do we go?? I have children enrolled in a private school to keep them safe. I work 2 jobs and actually have to work to pay my motgage like most americans. I can't even walk my dog anymore. Try to put him in him in the yard, and the cops get upset he barks. He barks at the fn thugs walking by my home. I'm glad he barks at them. Get the hell out of our neighborhood and go back to a "hood" where you belong. The cops need to look at what the dogs are baking at instead of worrying about the barking dog. The dogs are barking for a reason. One of there own was shot in their own zone they are trying to protect. I am speaking to my other neighbors who want to walk their dogs without fear. Let's take a stand!!!!
