Very typical behavior for this particular TPD captain. He doesn't get his way and he either sues, throws a race card, or both. Funny thing is he is throwing the race card at another black officer! Just because you don't particularly agree with your employers policies does it give you the right to not follow orders. What a leader and what an example to set for younger officers!! Lets see what the Courts have to say about this one.....this should not spend much time in the court system and this captain needs a couple of weeks, of unpaid suspension, for conduct unbecoming an officer.

Captain Busby is right and lawyer Bullock will get them straight.
