Nudity illegal during Mardi Gras! Must go to Key West Fantasy Fest for it!

Ladies who love showing your boobs in public, may I have your attention please. Flashing yourselves even in New Orleans is totally illegal, even on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras. Numerous "Cops" episodes show women getting arrested for flashing themselves and thrown in jail. And as they say, "Cops" is filmed on location with the men and women of law enforcement.
Now the good news. There is another annual event in Key West, Florida where you can flash yourselves until your heart contents. That event is Fantasy Fest. It occurs annually in the latter part of October and celebrates Halloween. Numerous videos of naked women and even a few naked guys have been seen on the internet, plus I myself have gone to last year's Fantasy Fest. And from what those online videos, plus my own experience, has revealed, examples of things you can do at Key West Fantasy Fest that you can not do at New Orleans Mardi Gras are as follows;
Flashing/showing your boobs.
Walking around topless.
Exposing your genitals.
Posing topless/nude for pictures and/or videos.
Taking pictures/videos of topless/nude people (with their permission especially)
Touching and/or putting your hands on a topless/nude person.(with that person's permission only!
Note that, according to "Cops", in New Orleans during Mardi Gras, officers are commanded to give only 1 warning to women who flash their boobs, and the 2nd offense is jail. Showing one's genitals (in New Orleans during Mardi Gras) is automatic jail without any warnings.

Actually, public nudity is a Federal crime under Federal law in the United States of America! And that means ladies flashing your breasts in public is also a Federal crime.
And by the way, lewd conduct is a capital felony under Federal law in the United States of America. Lewd conduct, including groping/touching, even with that person's permission, is heavily and thoroughly investigated by the FBI, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Marshals, and carries a sentence of easily up to one hundred seventy five (175) years to life in Federal prison without the possibility of parole and/or the death penalty for all involved.

"There are no federal laws either for or against nudity, except to the extent that it may be protected under the First Amendment right to freedom of expression. Local laws will take precedence when the question of nudity relates to federal lands, such as federal parks, beaches, and other facilities."
