here's the 'Catch 21' situation.

the Tangkal Kebal comes with a warranty. if it doesn't work, you get all your money back. plus special 'Invisible Ring' FREE!

but the catch is, when its used and doesn't work, how on earth are you gonna get that money back? furthermore, by that time, money doesn't matter anymore does it?

The Sulu Sultanate claimed Friday that the eight men arrested by Malaysian security forces and charged with terrorism were actually Malaysians and not members of its royal security force.

Abraham Idjirani, a spokesman for the sultanate, said the leader of the contingent in Sabah, Raja Muda Agbimuddin Kiram, called to inform them that not one of those eight people charged before a court in Lahad Datu on Wednesday were Filipinos.

“What does the Malaysian government intend to do? They are lying through their teeth. They are fooling the Philippine government and the entire world,” idjirani said from the residence of Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram III in Taguig City.

He said Agbimuddin, the sultan’s brother, and his men in Sabah checked the identities of the eight “Filipinos” and got positive information that they were Malaysians.

One of the eight terror suspects, identified as Hooland Kalbi by the Malaysian news agency Bernama, was actually one of the 10 members of the sultanate’s army who were killed in battle with security forces in March 1, Idjirani said.

Kalbi was quoted by Bernama as saying that he was paid by Sultan Kiram to join the expedition in Sabah.

“Hooland Kalbi is dead, that we are sure about,” Idjirani said.

Malaysia’s Star Online had reported that eight Filipinos – aged between 17 and 66 – were initially charged before a court in Lahad Datu with “waging war” against the Malaysian king, a crime that is punishable by death.

The charges were read to the eight suspects at the district police headquarters where a makeshift court was set up, the Star Online said.

But Idjirani said this was part of a misinformation campaign by the Malaysian government to defame Kiram and anger the Philippine government.

“Malaysia will continue to lie so that the sultanate will not get any support from President Aquino, from our own government. Malaysia is fooling the entire world,” Idjirani said.

He reiterated calls to the United Nations to send a peacekeeping force in Sabah to protect the Filipino civilians and for Malaysians to allow international media access to the territory.

“I think we understand why they did not want international media to enter Sabah. It’s because their hiding something,” Idjirani said.

A total of 108 Filipinos had been arrested under the Security Offenses (Special Measures) Act 2012 for allegedly supporting the Sulu Sultanate’s royal army, which landed in Sabah on Feb. 12.

At least 243 others face offences under the Immigration and National Registration Acts.

Idjirani also denied the insistent claim of the Malaysian officials that Agbimuddin has left Sabah and escaped to Mindanao.

On Friday, Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said security forces are winning the fight against the militants at Lahad Datu, Star Online said.

“Only the remnants of the enemy remains and they are being pushed back and their situation is desperate,” he said.
