Leave the groundhog alone and let him get some sleep. The calender does not lie, it is still Winter through March 21, 2009 no matter what.

If it sees it's shadow or not there are still 6 weeks of winter,because spring don't start till the end of march or april

Unless you get a blind groundhog, it's gunna see it's shadow always. When you put that many lights and people around him, it's no reason why he runs away. Unless you speak their language, how do you know that he's actually scared of his shadow instead of the people/reporters?

How can we have six more weeks of winter, when Al Gore just informed us once again that we are on the edge of no return with global warming. Its funny that good old Al "the liar" Gore was delayed in giving his lie filled speech by snow and cold weather. Once again the mental patient Gore proved why liars simply prove themselves to be morons.
