Only you would say something like that UNLESS it was YOU that stole some cheap item and got caught.

The punishment should fit the crime, ask that Judge how come their crime is harser than a drunk who smashes into another car and walks away or say a cops kid who gets bushed for drugs and walks home to his day free of any charges?

I could see if they destroyed all the punkins and did other damage but two Two Dollar punkins, as I said in another post, the Judge must be friends of the McCall's.

Not saying there should not be some punishment, paying for what they stole but 40 hours of labor when rapist, murdered and others get less.

Every Judge in NM needs to be replaced every few years by VOTE, not by the Governor and every Judge must have a law degree if they don't.

Think what you want Blunt but I have NEVER taken anything that did not belong to me and have always paid for what I bought. I don't have your habit! You may have no problem with stealing but I sure do. It is wrong and these two did just that, they stole and were well aware of what they were doing. They only offered to pay for the stolen pumpkins after they got caught.
You are a business man Blunt, would you like it if someone walked out with something that you had even if it only was worth $2? No you wouldn't and you would feel angry and want them strung up!
Every JUDGE does have a law degree Blunt!
Please give me a link where a rapist or murderer only got community service and/or a fine of $73 in court costs! Phooey and you know it!

Better read what I said a couple more times, I never said I STEAL things nor did I accuse of you stealing.

What you have said is an accusation that I steal things, care to read my post again and apologize?

But claiming or even accusing me of stealing is slander, I don't take lightly to that.

My reply and your reply to me! No matter how you read your reply Blunt you accused me of stealing. Speaking of slander, then you are guilty of it too. Hey Blunt you made the allegation against me, I just reciprocated.
You know me well enough that I won't sit back and take anything from anyone.

Yup I know you well enough so if I offered you say $1000 you would not take it?

PS: I am not offering it, just asking and all in fun.

PSS: It's ok to slander me, Queen of the Night and that troll from Santa Fe do it all the time and it does not bother me.

Must have had them on my mind when i said what I did, am I forgiven or are you going to sic Taco on me?

I did similar stuff. Nothing really bad, but I too loved tricking people with shit. I wonder why that is? It has to be a boy thing. Me and my brother still laugh about this kid from Los Lunas we tricked with a Baby Ruth rolled in dog shit then rewrapped. The kid actually took a bite but we broke out with the "hijole's" and he spit it out. If that kid ever sees me he'll knock the baba out of me.
Lol, good one for sure. Yeah, its a kid thing I guess, but still funnier than hell<G>!

Not with anyone in it<G>. When I was a kid, outhouses were of wood and far too heavy to be moved or tipped.
We used to put huge snowballs in the road to slow cars down, then nail then w/ snowballs and run & hide. We forget that we left footprints in the snow so got busted.
Our favorite though was 2 fold fun at night. We'd take our moms old wallets & stuff them w/ fresh horseshit from down the block & lay them along the road, then hide & watch people stop, BU & pick them up. We'd find them about 50 yards further and often hear all manner of obscenities screamed at us as the stuck their hands into that fresh wet crap<G>.
Purses provided a load of fun when lain on the road & a piece of nylon fishing line attached while we hid behind a hedge. When they'd stop we'd pull the purse & snicker. Sometimes they laugh, usually we'd hear "You little SOBs!"
I still get a lot of pleasure when I visit my mom 50 years later and look at that house with the hedge<G>.
That would be hard to do given you have already stated you are so old you retired and live off of social security.

what a laugh! pumpkins are left to rot, at least some, and this ALREADY PAID pumpkin is the cause of this distasteful uproar! Give me a break! Those people paid enough to visit the farm so souvenirs are in order. Have some class and let them keep the pumpkins.

I recognize mistakes VERY well there Mr tin foil hat, like you for instance, you're a mistake - a 404 error with the IQ of a carrot.

You're also often known as an:
aberration, blooper, blunder, boo-boo, bungle, delusion, erratum, false move, false step, fault, faux pas, flub, illusion, inaccuracy, inadvertence, lapse, misapplication, misapprehension, miscalculation, misconception, misinterpretation, misjudgment, misprint, misstatement, misstep, muddle, neglect, omission, overestimation, oversight, slight, snafu, solecism, trip, typographical error, underestimation

Now please don't waste your breath as you'll need it to blow up your next date - unless you're romancing the sheep again...
