I dare anyone to try cooking a groundhog, I guarantee your house will never smell the same again, and your carpets won't look the same from all the puke and diarrhea.

LOL How about a groundhog cookie?

I personly never cooked groundhog but I had a friend of the family that has past on that used to cook it with sausage and spagetti sauce for over pasta and it was very good. Like any wild game it had to be presoaked in salt water to cure and get the gamey taste out. It is a greasy meat which I did not care for. But the above opinion isn't very accurate. And as far as groundhog cookies their are lots of gret tasting cookies all about town. Come to Punxsy for Groundhog Days's weekend and find out for yourselves. Lots to do and eat here. Everyone is welcome to a small town with a big name.
