On rainy days your purchase gets wet. You will have to buy plastic bags for use around the house. No bags makes on line purchases easier --less tax revenue for local govt.
Remember when WE had the choice --paper or plastic. Now the government tells YOU.

The plastic bag recycle bin at the grocery stores is always stuffed-- this is just a control issue.

Making paper bags means trees Re cut --soil erosion is worse for creeks then a few plastic bags.
