Sadly, the victim in this case is deceased. He is not being given an opportunity to be united with family after 12 years on this earth. Justice? At the very least, the victim's family should be allowed to live without fear of this individual seeking to cause them any further harm.

I feel that Jay is a very inconsiderate individual by pleadig insanity to the murder of my uncle. he has manipulated the system by fooling everyone in believing his lies.It takes thought and planning to pick up a weapon and operate it,So there fore i don't believe that it isn't insanity i think that he had control over his actions. When he got caught the only thing for him to do is plead insanity to keep himself out of prison.i feel that he should not be released into the public knowing of his past history with mental and psychotic medication and Ifeel that he is a threat to my family and to society. I love my uncle very much and I've seen my mother, aunts and uncles suffer with pain for the past 11 years and now I think it's time that justice is served.

jay was at the time mentally unstable. he tried to get help but the system failed him. but it's still was not okay to do what he did, there is no justifiable reason. but he was sick at the time and he was not lying. nor did he try to manipulate anyone into making them think he was mentally ill. people with schizophrenia fear for there selves or for their family's.

I found this definition on Schizophrenia Delusions and thought it had merit. Especially the part where it says the delusions DO NOT CHANGE.
"Delusions are false beliefs that are not part of the person's culture and do not change. The person believes delusions even after other people prove that the beliefs are not true or logical. People with schizophrenia can have delusions that seem bizarre, such as believing that neighbors can control their behavior with magnetic waves. They may also believe that people on television are directing special messages to them, or that radio stations are broadcasting their thoughts aloud to others. Sometimes they believe they are someone else, such as a famous historical figure. They may have paranoid delusions and believe that others are trying to harm them, such as by cheating, harassing, poisoning, spying on, or plotting against them or the people they care about. These beliefs are called "delusions of persecution."
Jay should not be released.

And when people with schizophrenia kill people they should be locked up for the rest of their lives. Medication won't work due to the fact that the schizo will not follow thru with the meds without supervision and if he is allowed out the system will "fail" everyone including Jay's family you will be a risk also. This man may be sick but he needs to stay where he is and not get another chance to kill anyone else.

My brother Rudy did not deserve to die. Our entire family has suffered through this tragedy and to think that this vicious killer could be eligible to be transferred from the mental hospital to an outpatient mental hospital is difficult to accept. We will never see our brother again because of this person's actions. Does he deserve to go back to his family? This is a person who not to long ago killed our brother and who we thought would spend the rest of his life behind bars.

I was a victim beside my good friend and coworker Rudy on this traggic day 2 days before Christmas I will never forget that day as I live with the constant pain still in my foot to this day and still have some other fears. i no longer work for Walgreens they chose to fire me wrongfully saying i had too many points but the reasonsper John Coleman were that the company has done enough for me already so I need to move on wow andi was out under Drs. Care but Jay should not be released for not my safety but fo the Barron family they are all sooo very nice and dont deserve this stress.
