How about keeping his @ss locked up as he is a repeat offender and doesn't deserve to walk around free. The offender being someones child does not make victims and their families feel any sympathy for them, for their mothers perhaps, but even that does not undo the damage. I am tired of hearing about inmates rights. How about the rights of those of us that choose, even in difficult situations, to abide by the law. We definately need to bring back the chain gang. If you are in prison it is supposed to be a punishment not a college degree plan.

He has been in and out of prison since he was 18. What does the prison system do for someone who is severly depressed and doesn't know how to cope with life. Nothing. I am related to him and he needs mental help not more time in prison to talk to other prisoners about how to commit more crimes. I was in trouble a lot my self and I changed so I know with the right help someone can really change for the better. By the way he had just found out after quitting his job that he had a baby on the way. Being someone who's always been locked up he had no idea how to get on his feet and off his ass. No one is expected to feel any pity for him but it would be nice if he was givin a fair chance. Do you realize how hard it is for a felon to actually start over. Try finding a job that pays enough to get on your feet with a felony.

I'm not saying he doesn't deserve prison. I just think they should have given him some mental therapy, he was suicidal and severly depressed, days before the robbery ever took place he tried to sign himself into the mental ward at uk. They let him sit in the waiting room for 8 hours. WOW!!! Isn't that helping someone.

look i'm sorry you are right if he needs mental help then he deserves to get it!! i was in a pissy mood earlier when i made the previous statement so get him the help that he needs and maybe this time when he gets back out you won't have to worry that it will happen again!! and again i hope you accept my apology for the way that i came across in my other post!! good luck with everything

I don't know what the crime was but I have a felony on my record and I done time in prison and when I got out I made my mind up that I was not going back, so I changed my ways, doing time is a joke they feed you and house you and thats what a lot of people want but I like being free. as far as not being able to get a job, I have always worked since I got out and now I have my own business for the last 10 years, so he just needs to make his mind up that he has a kid to take care of and put his past behind him, it can be done!!!!!!!!

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Virgo

You're finally at your best after relaxing and catching your breath for a moment. Now that you're rested, it's time to do some of the things you've been putting off lately. Make a sudden appearance to surprise someone from your past. No matter how many new people you meet, don't forget that old friendships are the glue that holds the relationship cycle together. Keep in mind that a present doesn't have to cost much, as long as it comes from the heart.
