They have every right to hold their rally, just the same as the anti immigrant groups have to hold theirs!

DISREPECT THE LAW AND THE LAW WILL DISRESPECT YOU. The illegal alien crowd demands rights based on our laws when they totally disrespect our laws.

This is the culture clash. America is based on the rule of law. You cannot say repect the law, I have rights, at the same time break every law on the books.

If you want to live here, get in line or go back home. Ignorance or poverty or family ties are no excuses to be here illegally. You guys marching through downtown, demanding rights, ain't gonna change that.

If you are an illegal you have no right to be here. That means you have the right to march into the bus for your free ride out of the country.

They may have the right to hold their rally, but they dont have the right to demand to have the same as citizens or legal immigrants. If they want to be treated equally they should get their legal status the right way and if they chose not to do so then quit crying about it. Yes, it may take them some time but at least if they went about it the right way, then they could say they deserve it. Illegal is illegal. Illegal means breaking the law and they break the law every single day but still want to be treated fairly. How does that make sense. I suppose we should just give a free pass to everyone who breaks the law.

The DailyNews’ Rachel Uranga has the front page title “Thousands march for immigrants’ rights” very wrong and misleading! This demonstration was in support of illegal alien invaders. These invaders are NOT legal immigrants and not entitled to any rights! The DailyNews allowed the biased reporter has joined the contradictory and wrong chorus equating illegal alien invaders with legal immigrants.

It appears that under the misguided direction of the new leader and editor, Ms. Carolina Garcia the DailyNews has become a public supporter of the illegal invaders. The entire report, starting on the front page did not mention or suggest, even once that some of these marchers possibly were illegal aliens. The likely reality is that many of the demonstrators were indeed illegal invaders. Ms. Uranga writes “immigrant work force” and ignored the reality that many of these workers are not immigrants, rather, they are illegal invaders. Many of these invaders probably are working while using fake or stolen Social Security number or simply do not pay income taxes! Very likely it was an intentional deceptive writing by Ms. Uranga and the DailyNews allowed this deception to be front page news. It appears that the newspaper has joined with the pro illegal alien invaders such as Nativo Lopez, Mayor Mecha Villaraigosa, the ass kissing Police Chief Bratton, the entire City Council, Illegal invaders champions Fabian Nunez and Gill Cedillo, Governor Arnold and let us not forget President Bush and all three Presidential candidates.

Any wonder why the DailyNews has declined readership. There is no justification for the subscribers to pay for a biased newspaper that supports the illegal invasion. At one time, the DailyNews was more neutral and fair newspaper. Unfortunately, it appears that under the stewardship and guidance of Ms. Garcia, the DailyNews has adopted the same biased ideology of the extremely liberal Left Angeles Times. It is time to reconsider and evaluate the integrity of the DailyNews and value of the contents.

Yes, Americans and legal immigrants have all the rights to march and demonstrate. However, it is very likely that many of the marchers on May 1 were illegal alien invaders NOT LEGAL IMMIGRANTS. Therefore, these invaders do not have the right to be in our country in the first place. Get them out of our country.

"Now more than ever, I am here expressing my solidarity with my immigrant parish," said the Rev. Steve Niskanen of Queen of Angels Church in downtown L.A., sporting a Guatemalan straw hat and towering over the crowd at 6 foot 5 inches tall. "I, like many religious leaders, believe they deserve a chance. They don't deserve to be ostracized or demonized."

TRANSLATION: The Catholic church has taken a pounding following many scandals involving child abuse in its ranks. So we need more people in our lost bankrollers ... err, sheep ... err holy flock.

Hey, you Catholics want them and think the USA's federal laws should be ignored by illegal invaders? Then YOU pay for them! Give up your tax exempt status and start housing and caring for these people until we can kick them out so that we can get them off of our welfare rolls.

To the Daily News: Whose side are you on? Your stories are so pro-illegal immigration.

In case you have failed to consult a dictionary, people are called ILLEGAL immigrants because they have broken U.S. laws. Many use ILLEGAL SOCIAL SECURITY cards that hurt LEGAL citizens.

What happened to plain, un-biased journalism? This story is editorialism and the general public, unfortunately, is not able to tell the difference.

I'm so sick and tired of seeing them waving around their country's flag and demanding rights. If they are so proud of where they came from, they should just go back.

They are raping our economy, education and healthcare system, and turning the United States into the third world country they came from!

ICE needs to keep raiding these people and getting them on the next plane out. We do not have the resources to keep this up. Our country is anemic because too many illegals is like a tick. Will suck you dry.

I did notice all the red flags that are common to the communist flags on MayDay. I didn't realize that Mexicans were communists but with the Che flags and the red flags it's kind of hard to deny. I even saw one red flag on Youtube with a hammer and cycle.

So we have illiterate communist peasants invading our country and our mayor not only promotes it, he hinders the efforts of our federal government.

For those over forty years of age:
Do you remember your first crush or crushes? Think back, race did not matter. Although the customs, traditions, and religions so obviously varied among us, we did not impress them on each other. With respect we were encouraged to celebrate these differences. We stood in the same lines to receive immunization shots. We skated together. We said the Pledge of Allegiance together enough to know what it meant. There were a few that could not join us for reasons other than being anti-American and we respected that. Our direction was to embrace one language and abide by the same laws. We were to "assimilate" toward the goal of a united greatness. We celebrated the bicentennial of the United States; we had accomplished so much in 200 years, yet still we were not perfect nor were we told that we would ever be, only to strive. As a Latino I still believe that this is the correct path. These "illegals" have no respect or direction. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND REMEMBER how it was back then and how the landscape, though not perfect reflected who we were as a country. These "undocumented" (a title that they could not have given themselves) do not wish to learn English nor will they strive toward a common goal. They build islands here. They choose not to assimilate and we allow this. "We pay taxes too" they say and that we must accommodate them. They come from all over the world mostly from nearby Mexico and further south and show great pride for countries left behind (?). They come by the hundreds of thousands to make demands of a country that is not their own. The roots of my family reflect a respect and adherence to an existing legal process that was initiated and fulfilled between 1912 and 1922. My Grandparents taught me respect for this great country and that freedom must be earned and protected.“Go and learn” they said. My Grandparents were humble yet honorable and they would be ashamed to see these people, their people acting so disrespectful. Their sons (My Father and Uncles) and later my Cousins, all Americans by birth, took it to heart and fought in wars to protect this ideal. These marches are misguided. They have and deserve no legal right to be here. There is a legal process for entering this great nation. Please follow it, learn the common language, spend more time as a contributor than looking for avenues of entitlement and we are with you. I have visited the places were I grew up...what happened? This skewed foreign self righteousness is a threat to our collective progress in America. It is anti-unity. As a Latino but, American first and only, I say that it is time for us to OPEN OUR EYES! God does bless America…

Man what a bad business decision to put her in place. Watch how fast this newspaper dives!! I think the owners thought that the Latino people would really get behind the paper and support it 100%. They forgot that 99% of the Latino population they are going after, i.e. are illegals and don't read or speak ENGLISH!!! Stupid...do I hear STUPID??? Hope it crashes and burns!
