I THINK ITS SO STUPID,THAT THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE MAKES IT ILLEGAL TO ENJOY THE FOURTH OF JULY WITH FIRE WORKS AND THEN OK'S THE SALES OF THEM IN THE COUNTY,WHY?THEN TO TOP IT OFF THE COUNTY GO'S AND MAKE MONEY OFF OF IT BY GIVING OUT TICKETS WHEN SOMEONE BUYS THEM IN THIS COUNTY AND USES THEM. IF YOUR GOING TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF FIREWORKS IN THIS COUNTY THEN THE COUNTY SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY KIND OF REVENUE OF ANYKIND OFF OF THE SALES OF THESE ITEMS IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL IN THIS COUNTY.
