This is an affront to the taxpayers in Philly! Why should they be forced to subsidize a 'culture' bent on destroying western civilization. The the promoters pay all of the bills and provide their own police. Philly will be a place for civilized people to avoid during this so called 'show.'(c)rappers are PUNKS and SCUM!
