I have never seen a more shameful display of human behavior. Do those of you who commented negatively about the late Terry Tart realize that his extended family members may be reading this as well? Did you stop to think of the people you may be hurting who had nothing to do with the incident on the 4th? Surely, something new and exciting has happened in that lovely town of Pittsfield, in the past week, that you can all direct your nasty attention towards.... or...wait....how 'bout just getting a life? It takes so much more energy to be hateful than it does to wish for peace for everyone. I am a family member and I am very proud to be a Tart.
Terry Tart was a good man. Any of you posting stuff about him are nothing but lowlife scum. R.I.P. Terry

I'm not related to the re-Tarts as you obviously are, so I can tell the truth. They are all worthless and weak. They ought to be put in stocks while the townsfolk tar and feather them. That still wouldn't make them smart but it would make the townsfolk feel a lot better.

I wish your brother the best but the current war has nothing to do with keeping us safe. The govt' is using our troops to secure natural resources. That's it. They let 9/11 happen just like pear harbor and several other avoidable disasters that resulted in the death of Americans so that they had an excuse to attack another country and keep their real agenda hidden. We're allmpawns and the govt' is just getting bigger and bigger.
Where is "Pear Harbor" you conspiracy theorist lunatic?

first, i havent said anything about terry. nor would i. and u KNOW me because u stalk my activities?! so what we partied all weekend. we're young, worked our asses off all the time, and deserved the fun. as for runing down the road screeming at 3 am.? dont believe this happened. but if it did. go to sleep. clearly 3 am is not your ideal time, if u dont like what im doing at 3 am. then dont pay attention. and u even try to say that we woke u up. have u seen how spread out and open the neighborhood is? a few guys yelling isnt gonna go far. not like were on your doorstep. no know your neighbors doesnt mean u need to party with them. but if you KNOW me like u say u do. we would have hung out. which didnt happen so stop saying u know me. u cleary dont. have we ever even had a conversation?
I am not a neighbor, I don't know any of the people involved. I've been reading this out of pure curiosity. I thought it seemed that you and your family had been wronged. I don't think it is terrible to party now and then, and I do support your brother and all of the people who are in the military, including several from my family.
that being said, this post lost my respect for you entirely. if you live in a "neighborhood" then you have to be reasonably responsible for being a good neighbor. to say that a neighbor shouldn't pay attention if you woke them at 3am is just wrong...legally and as a neighbor. sound travels distances, especially at night when there is so little other noise. if you had said "yeah, I got carried away. sorry" I would have respected that. we all make mistakes and every young person gets carried away now and then. but your total lack of being able to recognize that you did something wrong and wish you hadn't....well, I'm glad you aren't my neighbor.
as for the Tart family, the things they did that night (gun violence most especially) were so very wrong, as well as the illegal guns and drugs and such...I surely don't support them either, but two neighbors like you and them....I'd be moving, quickly, to a different neighborhood. mine in north adams isn't wonderful, but the people here do try to not disrespect each other by screaming in the street at 3am.

PEARL Harbor-the govt' had the capabilities to decode the japs communications and knew they were going to attack but did nothing and let Americans die to justify attacking back. It happened on 9/11 as well and every other war. The main stream media is all propaganda and lies just like the Berkshire eagle to sway the publi. In any direction that fits their agenda. It's not conspiracy it's the truth and it's in black and white. Go read a book numb nuts.

sorry it wasnt meant to be disrepectful. only trying to make a point. im a pretty nice guy. if this happened, we certainly werent like "hey guys, lets go out in the road and make as much noise as possible, i wanna wake the neighbors". so if we do wake u up, sorry. we're not trying to be pricks or bad neighbors.

Tart, who has a record of criminal convictions and defaults, was additionally charged with carrying a firearm without a license, illegal possession of ammunition and firing a weapon within 500 feet of a dwelling."
He's walking the streets today. That's great.
Tart posted $2,000 cash bail for his release from the county jail Tuesday evening.
Hey a**hole, I bet you're just the perfect human now aren't you... How do you know all of his criminal records? A tad bit creepy... Step up your game... I'll f*ck your shit up and I'm a 16 year old girl... You got sh*t to say be a man and hit me up f*ckwad 4132428423... Until then... lets hope your balls will drop.

Ms Tart please dont take all you read by some of these folks to heart. I am not saying I agree with what happened, and thats because I was not there. If there was wrong doing, let the legal system handle it. I only believe 1/4 of what I read in the news. If you have any info that will change peoples minds please let us know. In the world today some very good people make some mistakes, its human nature it does not make them bad people. Some need a little help and some cant be helped, But before we trash folks for something in the paper, we need to know the truth. I hope your family gets this problem straightened out and any help if needed is given
