Have to go 10-5 or 11-4 to make the playoffs, which is possible the way they're playing. What's with Havlat, hurt again I suppose.

Chico, let me tell you the place was rockin. I sit in the 300 level along with Section319 we sit where the true fans are. Nice, loud, and into it. I could not believe how loud it was and people were standing on their feet clapping the last minute and a half. Yes they did have a 7 min PP and even a 5 on 3 during that time. And they did not do anything during that time as far as scoring. What they did was keep the momentium away from the Ducks and were very physical. I could not believe the fights in the 1st period. I have never seen that many fights in one period of hockey before. It was a great game and if the Hawks keep rolling then they will make the playoffs. They are getting hot at the right time
Have to love the enthusiam of the Hawks fans!! In the old stadium it was so loud that it was intimitating to visiting teams. I know Jason Williams and he says he loves playing in Chicago and when the fans get loud the guys on the bench reaaly get a boost. Keep up the enthusiasm and the NOISE!!! Go Hawks.
Kane gets 2 more points, has to be rookie of the year. Sharks are next and they are on a 6 game streak will be tough but doable.

Section 319, I have my regular ticket to the game, and then my buddy called me his work has 2 tickets in section 119, Row 5. So I am sitting there, I can't wait to hear the roar of the croud. Did you see when they showed Bobby Hull last night, people gave him a standing ovation. I am pulling out my old Hull Jersey for that game. I just have a feeling that they are going to make the playoffs. After seeing the last few games against great teams they really have played great.

The fun continues. This is the most fun I've had watching the Blackhawks in a very long time. They continue to look confident and be a pain in the a** for OTHER teams for a change.

Yes we can still make the playoffs. There are 15 games left, they are 4 points out of the playoffs and have to pass up 2 teams that are infront of them. They can make the playoffs, they have to continue to win these games. The great thing is that the 7th and 8th seed teams are tied at 76 points, and the Hawks have 72 points. And the majority of their games left are against Western Conference teams. After being at the game last night you can tell this team wants to make the playoffs. Tony yes the Boo birds were out during that time, mainly cause the Hawks seemed to be playing very close to the vest. They were very aggressive before that but then changed gears. However when the Ducks came after them when the PP was over they switched back to being physical. I was happy to see them contain their anger and not get caught making stupid mistakes that could have caught them.
Eddie O. mentioned that The last 8 games are agaisnt the teams in their own division...Just a little fyi for ya...

It's March and games mean something. Wow! I remember back in the day at the Old Barn and the month of March was automatic playoff time. I miss the old place as do a lot of veteran fans. But, I was thinking that a new era has dawned on Blackhawk hockey and the UC is going to have a sheet of ice in April, May and June before very long for a bunch of years! Let this thing begin this season! By the way where are the critics now? Real fans stick with the team through it all. I have one question for the guy in Lake Geneva: Still say this franchise sucks and hasn't improved over last season? Just wondering. There is a ways to go, but it certainly is not too long. For anybody who has tickets for tomorrow night: I'm very happy for you and a bit envious. The Golden Jet and Stosh being honored. Wow! GO HAWKS! Also, a Blackhawk shout to the fans in London, Ont. What a wonderful place filled with hockey fanatics.

Chico, that clown Marc from Lake Geneva is no where to be found. We all know that he only wants to complain about the Hawks. And Tony yes you are right that the last 8 games are against the teams in their own division. That is awesome they will need to finish very strong. Chico - Too bad you couldn't come down for the game tomorrow I still have that extra ticket.

Tim: Thank you very much for the ticket offer for tomorrow night. I would have to leave earlier than I'm able to. My son would be very disappointed if he couldn't be with me. We have lots of family in the home area who are Hawk fans also who have been going to games and I believe some will be there tomorrow night. Unfortunately, I would be pushing it too much. We'll watch it on TV obviously. Hopefully, we'll make it to a game before the regular season ends. We went on Dec. 7th against the Ducks for our only game thus far. If they make the playoffs, maybe you could work on getting tickets for us? Anyway,we'll meet up at a game sooner or later for sure. We can talk about what gate, etc. Maybe Tony will be in also for a playoff game! GO HAWKS!

Just reading the string and the attitude that veteran fans are displaying is just as close to a miracle as I've seen for a while.

We have a real and truly professional team in town again. "Here come the Hawks, the mighty BlackHawks ..."

I remember being at the last game of the regular season in 1989 - the Hawks had to beat Toronto to make it to the playoffs. Troy Murray scored 40 second into OT and that's the loudest I ever heard the Old Barn. They went on to win the next two series before losing to Calgary.

Hope history repeats itself (except for the losing to Calgary part).
