I thought Scott Gordon is opposed to pulling a starter goalie during the game! Did DP get hurt? Of stopping 8 of 10 shots, the real reason for the hook!

The only thing that got hurt, was this overrated punk's ego,we're in for probably one of the worse years since the early 70s, either the players are not understanding Gordon's system yet, or unconsciously rejecting it, either way, no success of any kind, not that most of us expected any, but a few with rose colored glasses, who should wake up and smell what Wang, and Snow are shoveling.

PS, probably not too far off the mark by stating the enemy Rangers, will probably put up 50 or more points then us this year, but that is Expected, at least by me!

Yes he is hurt, you imbecile. In fact, I dont think he has been 100% yet this season and I hope that he sits out until he is.

Keep buying the nonsense you hear. Dipietro is proving to be a bust. What a waste of a pick...a GOALIE!!! No goalie is worth a number 1!! horrible management, year after year after year. If the Isles are still in NY in 10 years, they'll still be hawking the "youth movement/rebuilding" refrain.
Bottom line is they have no money and no prospects for being profitable in the near future.

I agree, Heatley and Gaborik are hacks; their careers didn't add up to much anyhow

^^ Haha, idiot.

And yes they picked him #1 before the turn of the century, which was last decade.

LOL- and you manage to come out with yet another one!

For your information: The turn of the century took place AFTER Rick was drafted. Rick was drafted June 24, 2000. The 20th century ended on December 31, 2000.

(If you are still confused:)
Its like when you count in school... remember?
Start at one, end at 10.
(With me so far?)
Start at 11, end at 20.
(OK... the next ones are big-boy numbers, try to keep up:)
Start at 101, end at 200.
Start at 201, end at 300.
Start at 1001, end at 2000.
Start at 2001...

You do NOT:
-start at 10, end at 19...
-start at 20, end at 29...
-start at 100, end at 199...
-start at 200, end at 299...
-start at 1000, end at 1999...
-start at 2000...

Clearer now? Good.

LOL- you know, as I typed that I actually wondered if someone would "correct" me on my statement. Lo and behold, it was you. Well done.
