Animal does not know hockey all that well. It takes more than a season or two to rebuild a franchise. There is young talent on the team. T.J. Oshie will join that mix of talent. Give it a few years before you make the assumption everyone should be dumped aside from Karyia. Further if you look at Kariya numbers this is the lowest goal scoring year he has had in awhile.

In order to score goal players have to shoot to even have a chance. From what I can see is that the line changes that occur remove the players from being in position to have that chance. Murray has the timing of the line change totally wrong.

Looks like Kariya didn't help too much this year. If the Blues had made it to the playoffs Kariya would have done what he always does and that is disappear because he is too small to stand the beating you have to take in the playoffs.
