DIPIETRO blew this game. The 2nd and 3rd regulation goals were feeble as were the Tenkrat and Chara goals in the shootout. Rico proved tonight he is still a kid playing a mans game. He has more maturing to do to become and elite NHL netminder.

Well, it's nice to see this team battle every night. But it would be really nice to get a player who is a true goal scorer. Isles Management wants to show Islander fans this isn't a joke...be a big-time buyer BEFORE the deadline.

Not DiPietro's finest moment, but rather poor calls from the Refs, a dull-looking PP from the Isles, and some confusion by the Isles in front of the net led to 2 Boston goals that should've have been.

You are 100% right with this posting...another 1 point game...its like a see-saw with him and this team its up for a few..then down for a few....when we miss the 8th seed because thats all its going to be or miss it all together...every one can point the finger at each other, including Snow and Wang. They shipped two players out to free up some $$$...so lets see it, when does it happen. The year should be summed up with the RED WINGS game...that was the biggest letdown of the year!
