This is starting to become disgusting. Every game it looks more and more like all they want to do is make us hate the team so we won't care when they move them.

They had a good coach last year and they fired him. And, they got rid of most of the good players they had. It's starting to seem like they don't want to win.

I must say the players gave all they had when Nolan was coach, I don't think Gordon gets anything out of these players. And will Jaffe stop kissing up to Snow and Gordon. We have to hear this is Snows vision and Gordon was hired to bring this system to the Island. Please 2 backup goalies trying to reinvent hockey. Again Nolan must be laughing all the way to the bank seeing whats going on,I bet even he didn'think it would get this bad.

Hey Logan, it was fiddler who scored the goal, not erat, and the article says Gordon could roll 4 lines, he could roll 4 joints and they still wouldn't win!

MacDonald was outstanding yet again! Park played well!

The rest of the team was flat by tallying only 5 shots on goal during the 3rd period, that's just PATHETIC!

I hear New Orleans and Las Vegas is looking for a team, lol....

It is inexcusable that the Islanders, drafting so high for so many years, have so little firepower. Inexcusable. Snow's fault. We all saw this coming -- except him, apparently.

Saying the isles have drafted so high for so many years and the reason we are bad is Snow's fault. That's ludicrous, he has been the GM three years now. So in his first year any player he drafted would be 21 by now. Not many guys at that age make the team. Secondly I want the team to finish last overall. Then we can draft Tavares or Hedman. Look at Pitts how bad they were for years and now look at them.

Nolan was one of the worst coaches in hockey, all you fans last year were swearing that there would be 10 teams in line to grab him if the Islanders let him go - where is he now? Coaching which team? Lets remember it was Nolan and those same fans complaining now who forced the Islanders to get rid of Alexei Yashin, the only Islander who has produced any offense over the last 4 years.

We need to get the #1 draft pick this year, and in order to do that we need to lose, lose, and keep on losing. And we need to get Ricky D healthy...he should only play one out of every 3 games once he is back...no reason to injure him during a season which is clearly not going anywhere. And as far as offense and speed, we need the right players to do that...don't blame the coach.

I turned the game on for about 3 minutes total sporadically last night and each time they were taking about Arnott's 1000 game. Did they talk about it the ENTIRE night? Just goes to show how little the Isles have going for them when Arnott's 1000 game is the showcase of conversation for 2 1/2 hours.

Just remember through "Don't get locked out of tickets for the 2nd half of the year". You get an automatic Ranger game in there too! WOOPIE!!

In addition to Nolan, you should bring back all the Sutters, Lafontaine and the wife beater Potvin. Then you can injure all the top players around the league and maybe win a game or two. LMAO
