Let Comrie sit until the trade deadline. Don't let any other team see how bad his blind passes are and maybe they can be suckered into trading for him.

I smell a rift here. Comrie made some questionable comments about Gordon's "system"..and now there is suddenly an issue with sending down an emergency call up to make room for Comrie? I smell BS!!

You do know of the rumours here in Edmonton about why he was shuffled out of the Oilers organization right?

Comrie has no business on the Isles. He is a Hollywood wannabe and should be shipped to LA for one of their young studs! He is a decent third line center with scoring ability and a marginal 2nd liner right now. We have more than enough of those. Let the kids play and see if we find some diamond in the rough.

How can a team as inept as the Islanders have a "roster logjam"?

Yes I am a Ranger fan, but I would say that if I were an Islanders fan too.

No, not him. Tommy Salo, right before he crashed and burned in the 2002 Salt Lake Olympics. Comrie was allegedly/apparently/supposedl y caught with Salo's wife much to the chagrin of management who couldn't have both players in the dressing room any longer.

We have so many GREAT players, there's no room for Comrie? Have I been watching some other team and thought they were the Islanders. WOW!

Send Comrie to Bridgeport for "conditioning".
