look at the bright side, no late season surges, just crappy Panther hockey.Their recent success was just a fluke, just like the Jets first half of the season.

Panturds lose to the worst team in the league after losing to the second worst team in the league twice in a row. Looks like they are back to their sucking ways. Oh well....

Happy New Year!

Can someone explain to this organization that the constant dump and chase no longer works in a speedier NHL? When they are winning, they are bringing the puck into the zone on the breakout and then setting up from the blue line. Their losing streak shows them constantly dumping the puck and fighting for possession before they can even setup for a shot.
watch game films of San Jose, Boston and the Wings and you'll see it's not rocket science. This old school Martin philosophy doesn't work!! Please send this clown back to Canada or least Hallandale and let PD coach without interference.

Easy money. My fellow cats fans don't expect anything great until major changes will occur within the organization. I did not watch the game and I'm sure that I didn't miss anything. Happy New Year !

Shouldn't have started Vokoun. He's too fragile. Two of those goals he should have had.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that inconsistency is not sign of success. Nevertheless, they get payed without any penalty. Wow!!!

So glad to see the "real Panthers" are still a terrible team. Also, was so glad to see the Canadian fans take over the Bank Atlantic Center the other night! I bet VanMurph smurf loved that one. Get ready to read another of his stupid articles on the Panther web site seeking to ban other teams fans from the arena again===LOL< Vanmurphsmurf you loser-just like your team!

Yuck! A horrible game for the Panthers. Don't remember which goal it was, but it clearly was aided greatly by Horton being very lazy on the backcheck. Through the neutral zone he started taking it easy and by the team he got into the defensive zone the opposing forward was more than a stride ahead and he could not make the play when required.

Sad that the Islanders win only two games in December, with the Panthers being one of the victims. Four straight losses now and reaching 95 points is starting to become harder and harder.

Only bright spot comes from one of their prospects. This kid Matt Rust on the US Jr. National team is playing really well. Haven't seen Markstrom play but he is supposedly also playing really well, as is Dadonov.

Yeah, and you'll be the first one to read it, then lick his anus on the Panthers official boards. Real easy to come here, pretend who you are under another "name" and be a typical azzwipe.

Time to package Horton and Bouwmeester before it's too late. Bouw will go for free, get the deal now so the new palyers can get acclamated.

Horton and Bouwmeester for Comrie, Okposo,Meyer and Weight.

Fire the assistants. their power play sucks, and the defense is nonexistent. Peter Depear said it the best when he claimed Montreal had more talent. Again Vokuon had his feelings hurt when he got pulled for giving up greasy goals. If he feels that the defense stinks get on their case and let them know that this kind of break down in their own zone is unacceptable. Now he says that it mental because he's getting the hook. Please grow up! If it not your problem relax, other wise work harder to improve your GAME! Mike Kitchen does suck as an assistant though, and the junior assistant couldn't coach a girl's team.

Why is a glad occasion to see the Panthers do poorly, and why would you take a shot at a fan trying hard to be a teams true fan.

We looked rediculous. We were an embarrassment to the NHL. Horton should not be dressed, and Vokun should shut up and make the saves he gets paid for. dont give a damn if he doesnt like to be pulled. And JM, hell of an offense you gave PD to work with!!!

I love that "true fan" argument.

There are thousands of once "proud & loyal" fans that have given Panthers LLC a decade to figure it out.

Nobody jumped ship after 01, 02, 03...

This is 8 deliberate years of Alan Cohen buffoonery....

AC has proven Panthers LLC is nothing more than a slightly-profitable business (as long as expenses remain low), and more importantly, a tax shelter.

Many former fans were right there with you in 01, 02, 03, 04......

Then TB won the Cup and AC was going back & forth with Dudley & Keenan, & Keenan & Dudley & Martin & Keenan & Martin & Sutter & Keenan & Martin, etc....

Then the 04-05 work-stoppage.

Then Panthers returned in 05-06 with the same crappy team and our dissapointment slowly became
Apathy = don't care anymore.

Same Crap - best players want out, this is not a team commited to winning, etc, etc, etc...

Then 06-07 same crap.
Then 07-08 same crap.

And as they say in French "Voila" - Here We Are - 08-09.

Same Crap.

Apathy has turned to outrage.

All we can do is NOT buy the tix, NOT go to games, NOT wear the gear....

And,
Post here to make fun of you lemmings
that follow Alan Cohen over the cliff and continue to spend money with Panthers LLC.

It's a futile endeavor.
They will never be relevant as long as AC is owner.

JB is gone within 8 weeks for more draft picks & prospects.....

BTW -
Last Playoff Series Win: 1996

Shawn Matthias was 8 years old.

And the NYJ took Keyshawn Johnson with the 1st overall pick in the NFL draft.

He's had a pro-bowl career, played on 3 or 4 different teams, won a super bowl, retired, and is now a commentator on espn.

All since the Panthers last playoff series win.

Does that give you some perspective?

-and-
Happy New Year!

"And,

How does that bring you joy? Nothing better to entertain yourself?

Factually most of what you say is true, but dont make fun of the posters, they are simply frustrated.
