Is this the same Mario Lemieux who made millions off the NHL and then called it a "garbage league"
Is this the same Mario Lemieux, who throughout his career lobbied for legislation that would allow "different strokes for different strokes". You can thank the Marvelous One and Gretzy for getting the ticky-tack, no touch rules that encourage more theatrics than a boardway play. Is this the same Lemieux who employs no talent Eric Goddard and the second dirtiest player in the league, Matt Cooke, behind Sean Avery. Now there's a couple of psychos. Is this the same Lemieux who said NOTHING when Cooke virtually put Marc Savard out of his career. This also started when Cindy Crosby, Lemieux bred, was injured. Just depends whose ox is being gored. Bettman made several mistakes the biggest one was not finining Pittsburgh for lack of player control when their goon came onto ice. Isles got fined. But that Lemieux' different strokes for different folks rule. Also GM and coaches get fined for anti-league remarks. Why not Lemieux? Mybe,Different strokes, different folks rule?

This is Brilliant...and I don't think, it's just Flyer fans, who think like this about Pittsburgh...I'm SO tired of hearing that team whine...they need some cheese to go with all of that whine...

He wasn't exactly complaining when DiPietro got dropped though, was he?
