The Kings season was over when Lombardi (and Crawford) decided that Cloutier was their guy. As a long-time season seat ticket holder I have gotten accustomed to losing, but this season was DOA (Dead on Arrival).
I still go to every game, and certainly watching the youngsters is a lot of fun. But, watching the veterans picked up in the off-season (Stuart, Preissing, Handzus, Nagy and Calder) has been painful. These guys haven't done much, to be kind. Moving Blake would be a great help, assuming the Kings get something decent (draft picks?) in return. |
