Flyers' Randy Jones cleared to play

The Flyers' defense, which struggled early in the season before being solidified by two trades and the emergence of 18-year-old Luca Sbisa, is about to get even better.

With Randy cleared to play someone is going to have to get traded or waived (when Briere is healthy). The Bluejackets are rumored to be interested. Maybe Jones and Biron for Pascal Leclaire? Leclaire's starting role has essentially been usurped by Steve Mason. So this deal may make some sense and would clear some space for the Flyers and we'd get a young goalie who can (but then again maybe not) become a franchise goalie. While the Jackets get the defenseman they want and someone to compete with Mason, and if he doesn't they don't have to re-sign him.
