A cross bar hit here and a goal disallowed there describes our CBJ's season 10. I like the comment about Kopitar being 11 in the draft that Brule was 6. We need more reminders that our scouting is terrible and our draft selection worse.

This is a lot worse that Arniel knew when we took the job. Next yeasr, next year, next year ....

This team stinks. No other way to say it. I've read quotes all year about how this team has the talent to be a playoff team. That's a laugh.

This team needs to lose out and try and deal for a top 2 pick in this years draft.

This team needs a C a D and now a number one goalie. I wouldn't even want Mason back as a back up at this point.

Scott Howson and Don Boyd: I expect your resignations at the end of this season. You should be ashamed of the product that is put on the ice night after night. And then the telecasts have the gall to run adds for season tickets and packages for next season??!?!? Laughable.

Hey Nash. Stop skating in circles and not getting to the puck. The millions you make you should be skating better than you are. Really getting tired of the effort of this team. Playoffs ?? Chicago was 1 point ahead of CBJ on 2/14....Look where the CBH are now....Get some new money investors into the circle and get some top talent for this team if the current guys don't have the money....

Oh yeah, I almost forgot.

Anze Kopitar, the guy with the hat trick for LA last night? The guy who is one of the top young C in the NHL?

He was picked at number 11 by LA in the 2005 NHL draft. The Columbus Blue Jackets had pick number 6 in that draft and spent it on Gilbert Brule.

That about sums it up right there.

Maybe if the Jackets would quit boozing it up all the time and act like class A pro hockey players their bodies would allow them to play like such. Howson has to go. He laid blame on Hitch and now has nobody to point to except the mirror but you know he will find someone! Surely they will blow their draft picks on another lousy player like Zerdev and keep our immature goalie but hey, we're CBJ.

"Reserve your playoff tickets now for only $36" PA-LEASE!

Misery? Pay the price?

For the customers who paid to see these clowns play.

I don't know why this team quit playing hard..they were

close to a play-off spot. Take too much consistent

effort? Whatever the reasons..I'm done watching them

this year. Trade Nash & make Umberger the captain.

Columbus Blue Jackets = Cleveland Indians. They both have owners who don't have the $$$ to compete on a level playing field with the rest of teams in their leagues. Both get their free agents from the bottom of the barrel, hoping to find a needle in a haystack. It just doesn't work. Either shell out the cash to put a quality product on the ice/field, or get the hell out of the way so somebody else can. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is in full display in Cleveland and Columbus.

It's too bad for hockey fans in Columbus that they have to put up with an inferior product again and again. The fat lady has sung; that happened when the Jackets came back with only one point in Canada. The fans that think Howson should go are correct. The fans that think a new owner or a co-owner would help are right. If this team stands pat throughout the summer, you can mark down 2011-12 as another season without a playoff. There are a lot of holes on this team. And who are their scouts? It's obvious they don't know what a good player looks like. The drafts have been lousy, except for Nash (and that was a no-brainer).

Hard to top what everyone is saying. What happened? Did the loss of Strahlman and Murrey hurt that much? I guess so. Rivet, Lepisto and Upshall must be wondering what they gotten into. Their grades, by the way, are Upshall, A; Rivet B-; Lipisto D. Not a game has been won since they arrived and, for the most part, it hasn't seemed to be their fault. Except for last night, Nash has been absent.(Where's Nash? Where's Nash? Where's Nash?) Oh, that was him getting cute and tripping Williams with his stick when he thought no one was watching. Do great players pull cheap tricks? Have the other teams keyed on him to the extent he was shut down. Why can't the CBJ do that to known Jacket killers like Kopitar? Mason has lost it for the season and will he ever get it back. I don't think we can wait to find out. Brassard was missed more than expected and he's not all the way back yet. It's not Brassard's fault, but Voracek is not becoming the player we think he can be - and it may be his fault. He's got one more year, not on the first line, in my book. Boll has lost the desire to fight and I can't blame him, but if he doesn't, his skills are suspect at the NHL level. And Dorset is a little too testy. Hell, he's a dirty player who wacks guys in the open long after they've given up the puck (Kopitar, period 1). That incentivizes the other team to beat up on the Jackets in a way they know will really hurt - by beating them in the game. Get rid of the little troublemaker. I'm tired of the side show. Let's get players or coach them in a way that will bring victory, not shame, on the city and their fans.

Stop bad-mouthing "the Captain", Nasher. he is the one draft choice we got right. Anzi P. is another that got away. You could have all star team with the guys that we passed over and yet the scouts are intact. Keep Hitch, fire the clowns that scout and the clowns that consult for our goal tenders.

this team doesn't belong in the playoffs it would be more losses to watch thats it one thing in common with all nhl champions they all had good goalies gueron is ok but mason is nothing but a young denis just like marc denis he cant stop em when it matters theres a reason he was being looked over in jr hockey........ he SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
