Unbelievable!!! This is an incredible story and there is no doubt this man should be let free and then compensated with a big fat paycheck. I think this says alot about our judicial system and how it really runs behind the scenes. There are countless people in our prison systems that are innocent or they are there because of crocked-up charges like this case. The prosecutors and judges KNOW they are innocent, but will not admit it because they don't want to damage the credibility of the whole court system or tarnish their own decisions. This would be the same as admitting they were human and make mistakes, which they will never admit to, so we let innocent people spend time in this Hell for the mistakes others have made. It is now common practice for a newly appointed president to reverse one of these horrible mistakes when they get into office. At least ONE man every four years will finally get the freedom he deserves back...SAD.

I don't know enough about the story to form an educated opinion! Obviously very few other can either!
