"As quiet as Wang has been, this could be a side-door pressure tactic," Spagnola said. "Although I'd rather see him stomping around out here about it in his underwear instead."
Why in his underwear? And who sits around dreaming of opening an Asian Fusion restaurant??? This guy has some odd fantasies...

I think the deal to move is already done-
Even if fans rally and pack every home game it will be all for nothing-
Charlie and Garth are trying recover what they can through increased ticket sales- Why does anyone think they will care about the fans now...they've been ripping everyone off for years, why stop now-

The only reason Wang bought the team was the real estate surrounding the Coliseum. The team is essentially a throw in. If he just wanted to support the team, he could just redo the Coliseum and void the crappy contract with SMG. Right now the building gets 100% of the concession sales and parking. He gets ticket sales and the sponsporships (the log0s in and around the arena). If got even a percentage of the concessions, he could "get by" without having build on every square inch of the property.

It's about time... Good move by the Wanger. The last thing Wang wants is to be known as the guy who sent the Isles to cowtown USA. Put the pressure on these corrupt asses.

Nassau Coliseum is a great!!! At least when I walk through there I don't feel like it's going to collapse or crumble on me like the Town of Oyster Bay Hicksville train station parking garage. I don't see any holes blocked off with cones and tape there.

What Wang needs to do is hire the TOB employee who discovered the parking garage structural crack while throwing out the garbage to work at the Coliseum or just move to KC.

it's a dump. only a couple of restrooms. lines are way too long even with little attendance. it's a cement block. wang needs to get them to kc as soon as possible. those people need something to cheer for after watching those pathetic chiefs.

Bye Bye have a nice trip. I don't want my taxes raised so Wang can make another billion dollars.

The new team name will not be the Kansas City Islanders. It will be the Kansas City Twisters, my sweetie. Or maybe the Kansas City Oz. Or maybe the Kansas City Emeralds. Which jersey would look better?

How about the KC Highlanders? With the bottom part of the K that points toward the C in the shape of a hockey stick.

I like it - KC Warriors. They can have a great BBQ feast. I am not sure if I like it more than the KC Oz.

I don't really get the KC Highlanders explanation. The New York Yankees used to be called the New York Highlanders and KC is fairly flat. Don't get it.
