The Winter Classic is going to be fun day for the fans and the players and it's a great marketing tool for the suits in the front office, but the actual "culmination" of the Blackhawks rise will be the team hoisting the Stanley Cup, hopefully sometime within the next 3 or so years.

The Hawks playing at Wrigley is the dumbest thing I ever heard.

The Hawks will get the Billy Goat curse after playing in Wrigly. They will never win another championship.

I hope it's 30 below on New Year's Day!!!

I don't know, you can't help but like Rocky Wirtz...At the rate the Hawks are going it may be less than 3 yrs before a Cup is hoisted at the UC...

Big game tonight against the Flyers who have been hot of late so this should be another great test...We owe the East because they've been tough on us so far this year...GO HAWKS!

The Hawks are still missing something, and that something is Wayne Messmer. man oh man I'm hoping he sings the National Anthem at Wrigley next week, and I'm hoping the networks televise it.

Some people are just never satisfied. Rocky, John, and Dale have given us Hawks fan so much in the past year+, more than anyone could have imagined, and yet still some people just can't enjoy what they have been given. Just have to nitpick. I was a big Messmer fan myself, but to be honest, the dude that sings the National Anthem these days is pretty dang good. I am satisfied.

Hey Section 313. You know times are nice when my only complaint is who sings the National Anthem. And yes, the guy singing it these days has got to be one of the best in the sports world. I have read rumors the Messmer will be singing the Anthem for the winter classic. OK, hawks are up 5-1. I'll stop complaining. Go Hawks!!!
