Kaner needs to get healthy fast, cause even though they haven't missed him the last 2 games, they (obviously) will eventually. They already miss him on the PP.
So important to finish strong heading into the break. After the all-star game 11 of 12 on the road. Yeah, they're playing well on the road, but that would be a rough stretch for anybody. I want that 4 spot (or better) in the conference. I want to be in my seat at the UC for the Hawks first playoff in what seems like forever, not on my couch in front of the TV hoping they come home with no worse than a split.

Kane should be back soon, don't rush it let it heal so he doesn't re-hurt it. I do see the Hawks starting to seperate themselves from the rest of the pack. Keep up this pace and they will have the number 4 spot in the playoffs. Maybe even top Detroit if they stumble abit.

I love the quote "With 51 points after 37 games, the Hawks are well ahead of last season, when they didn't reach that mark until their 52nd contest. The Hawks had 41 points after 37 games last season" We all see it. I believe with the addition of Campbell, the great play of the defense like Keith, and offensive meshing they have is the result of the increase over last year. Keep it rolling and lets get another 2 points tonight.

WHAT??? Duncan Keith is NOT on the All Star team??? No offense meant to Kaner, Johnny T, or Campbell, but in my humble opinion, Keith deserves to be there probably more than the others. What, now the NHL thinks there's too many Blackhawks on the roster? A shame.

I like the idea of Eager on the same line as Kane (in related story). Folks will be less likely to take a run at Kaner, and he won't have to get his stick up as much to try to protect himself. If Eager plays to his potential, Kane's point total is really gonna skyrocket.

Too bad Blackhawk fans can't vote for the Stanley Cup and stuff the ballot box like they did for the All-Star game-ya gotta earn Lord Stanley, and the Hawks ain't ready to sip anything except some warm beer in the stands watching the Red Wings.
