"Everybody believes so much in what he says that everything goes without question."
THAT is the hallmark of an outstanding coach. Anybody who still questions the change from Savard to Quenneville isn't paying attention.

the biggest question for the Dale & Scotty Bowman to answer is whether they must make a trade to bring this team to the same level as San Jose Sharks, Boston Bruins and Detroit Red Wings or to content with keeping the team as is. Then the second big question is who to bring in and who leaves. I hate to see so much success with this team this year to fall short in playoffs. Why not try to win it all now? With so many bad things can happen and so much uncertainty in future, there is no guarantee of the same type of success next year or years after. This team's goal should not be just having the best won-lost record than any team in the past or just making the play-off but their goal should be to win a Stanley Cup.

there the youngest team in the league and have not made the play offs in a long time, make the play offs first then see what happens. there just kids out there with a very bright future. most of the team has not even played in a play off game, you cant put the perssure of winning the cup on them.

I think the club has a very balanced team. A team that is working toward closing the deal in close games. They will only get tougher going through the bad times together. I would like the Hawks to make a go of it with the core that is in place. I really expect them to win the cup. So does the team.
