Forsberg's good news is good news for Flyers

Full story: Philadelphia Inquirer

Don't worry, be happy. That seemed to be the Flyers' credo yesterday even though they had tied a franchise record with their sixth consecutive loss Monday night in Pittsburgh.

Hey Forsberg take that new boot and stick it up your ace!!.. Send him packing and Gagne too cus this team sucks bad and I think that Forsberg should never have been signed in the first place..

Three cheers for rebuilding!!

What a dumb comment :O

Should flyers send the top players packing and keep the sllloooooow style in attack also, u must be a tru einstain. Sorry for the spelling though.

If Gagne and Forsberg where traded i would be glad, for them. Rebuild would e good, but change the right parts.

I'm just pissed that the Flyers Let him go in the first place for Lindros.. I feel that he has too many inguries.. and Mattias I have been a flyers fan for almost 30 years and to see a player miss as many games as him then go play in the Olympics really pissed me off. plus he wont hit his own countrymen so piss on him.. You can watch Canadians hitting other canadians nightly..

Forseberg can go regardless of how Dumb my comment was.. so you can use the boot after he is done with it.. besides don't try to reply to someone if you can't communicate!

Timmy, Timmy, Timmy- just because you live in Canada doesn't mean you know hockey. I'm also a Flyers fan for 32 years, raised 20 of those years outside of Philly, father had season tickets for ten of those years, and I hear smarter comments from Lightning fans born and raised here in Florida! To throw Forsberg away again would be just stupid. Did you watch the way he plays and the spin move for a goal last night? The Flyers have been set up with slow defensemen and now a new coach with a different style. If you want to get rid of someone how about Rathje, Pitkanen, Hatcher. Flyers have a good core of young players that have a chance to be pretty good. It's way to early in the season to be jumping off the bandwagon.

I really like to have fun with this stuff.. I really guess we should all be on the same page being flyers fans and all.. besides we have enough people out there hating us!.. Forseberg just pisses me off.. and I do want to see more of his play like last night.. I really don't think things would have been as bad if Knuble was around for most of the losses.. and Nedved? I don't understand why he was sent to the Minors.. Look at the assists he has since the return..

Go Flyers

Hey Tim - Two in a row and on the road! Nice come from behind win over the Kings last night. I have to honest, I went to bed when they made it 3-1. I was upset with myself that I missed the come back.
I feel about Nedved the same as you do against Forsberg. Now I'll give him his props for the time he has been back but before then the guy just drives me crazy. Feet move to slow, passes were alway to the other team and he still takes some of the dumbest penalties and at the worst times of the game. And it always seems that the other team scores on his penalties.
LETS GO FLYERS!

He's not a physical player so its not very often he has to hit other swedes that much. We dont play canuck style.

It was just beacuse he had to play better or else he would be kicked out. He played not that good before going to phantoms and had to improve. He played great right after that but they obviously thought he stopped doing that after awile. Therefore he got placed on wiavers(don`t know the right spelling. By the way, Forsberg is such a great player and is fun to watch. Think yourself the best player you know and x him by a million, then you get Forsberg.

Sorry but, Forsberg är nästan en lika fysisk spelare som han är en skicklig spelare. Han är allround så det bara smäller om det. Fråga vilken hockeykännare som helst, de säger samma sak.

The canuck style is to hit a guy in the head and put a stick in the face and that sort of stuff that don`t belong on the ice. You Canadiens should learn how to play fair.
