Make no mistake about it. There's only 1 defenseman on the entire Bridgeport roster who's ready and he's our future #1 blueliner..DUSTIN KOHN !

Stupid Logan. He should be talking about JORDAN NOLAN. Brandon Nolan plays from Albany in the AHL. Logan has to do some due diligence or at least get a proof-check before printing.

That's pure laziness on Logan's part. It would take two seconds to go on www.tsn.ca and get the correct information.

What about 6-5 defensemen Spiller? He's maintained a positive +/-, has NHL experience, adds size and smart toughness and would be perfect to assist with the playoff run.

Oh, and the lack of proper fact checking and reporting standards is a big bad, red flag that Newsday should fully investigate as it will likely bite them all in the butt in the future.

If you are going to write about it, then at least have the decency to get the correct son's name. His name is Jordan. Brandon is currently in the AHL with Albany. In any case, Ted Nolan did the right thing.

Fire the guy......a mistake like this is unnacceptable. It shows carelessness beyond belief.
