How did that great team of yours do agaimnst the crappy Islanders this year? What was the head-to-head record?
this year? the whole thing after the lockout
2006:like 6-2? we straight up dominated them
2007: 5-3 cuz they got lucky in a shootout that took quite some rounds. then they made it to postseason with our help
2008: same thing, except they didnt qualify for postseason, since like february lol. same record too, we just start winning near the endway of the season, but i dont really care about those rivalries at heart, personally i dont. the calls are as bogus as the playoff ones haha. but when we see like nyr vs or nyi vs...the ducks preds or panthers? whole different fair called game, it isnt lopsided. but that isnt the point. the point is, nyr is better than the isles. the end

because we got screwed moron. if the ref let play continue for another second, it wouldve been a goal, as the puck was clearly loose in the 5 hole. and dont try to talk shit against that, I EVEN SAW THE PUCK LOOSE, how can the ref not? rofl
it was downright the most ridiculous officiating i have ever seen in my life. games 1 2 and 5 for a fact to say the least about this particular series
Ignats.....

Clearly loose? Pfffft!!!
I guess the referee was right next to the camera angle that showed the loose puck?

It's in the rulebook, if the referee loses sight of the puck, he HAS to blow the whistle. The referee was not at the same angle as the camera and he DID NOT see the puck, he properly blew the whistle as per the rules.

I guess that's too hard for you to understand?

Now, what else would you like to cry about?

God you crybaby fans are still going on with this...so now the refs threw the game! Do you ff-ing j-off fans actually think you were going to steam-roll past Pittsburg! The fire power they have could not even come close to the Rangers...but wait you have Jagr,Drury,Gomez and cry baby Shanny who were suppose to lead their team to the cup with their fire-power or were the two jokes of players known as Hollweg & Orr going to help or was it Avery with his flag-waving stick antics...guess what your team failed, move on girly-man!

hey u, screw u with that 2 part question.
if we had those same thugs for 4 straight years gettin away with the crap that they pulled against them, we wouldnt have a problem having a dynasty either. even if it was 30 teams like today, as then it was like....16? hahaha ur franchise is a joke regardless
Ha Ha Ha!!!!
The Islander franchise is a joke with 4 stanley cups......LOL!!!!
So that would mean the Rags are worse than a joke!!!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Leo

There's an erratic quality to the day, thanks to the Full Moon in emotional Cancer, combined with a lunar eclipse. Loved ones are likely to behave in ways you hadn't counted on. The only way to cope with this is to be as flexible as possible. Someone might change an arrangement at the eleventh hour so you have to think on your feet, or others may be determined to do their own thing even though it doesn't suit you. Get any arguments out of the way quickly so you can enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations with a glad heart.
