Just what I want to see. I fat over weight high school kid, with a unsightly beard, telling us he, gets respect. It looks like two (on the right) of the three of these should get off their egos, and start doing some exercise.
These two boys are not fat. They are perhaps a bit above the ideal weight but both are active and fit boys. They are also very intelligent, polite and assets to our community. Please don't judge a book by its cover and don't cast any stones before you know the individuals in question.

I went to a private, all girls school in Cincinnati. This would never be allowed at my school. Unbelievable. These schools nowadays. We are living in crazy times. What's next?? Allowing ear piercings??? Red lipstick??? Black fingernail polish. Short skirts, holes in jeans. I am so glad I home school my children.

Their weight is not the issue. The idea of such clubs is ridiculous. Why do these "clubs" have any association with the school? Just a way to get your picture in the yearbook.

So you're saying that the all girls school had a "clean-shaven" policy?

Oh man, I support that. Do old habbits die hard? Do you keep everything pristine, or do you let a little grass grow on the field?

One can only assume the poster was being a smart^&* since it was so pathetically obvious that an all-girls' school wouldn't say much of anything one way or the other about facial hair!! Actually cracked me up since it cannot be taken seriously. These comments sections sometimes really bring out the loonies who seem to just want to entertain themselves and try to stir the pot. Not enough going on in their day-to-day lives I guess. It's all very entertaining at times :D

yeaaaa...all that stuff is allowed in public schools. Ear piercings on girls and boys (both ears and multiple times even), lip piercings, nose piercing, tongue piercings, tattoos, red lipstick, black fingernail polish, short skirts, holes in jeans- all okay.

Wow,,Dawn, are you some sort of rocket scientist or what??? Belong to Mensa??

How many times did you read that post before you figured out it was a goof?? Didn't the name give you a clue???

Guess what? Stories like this don't matter. If you have a serious post go to a serious story. SO, if people like to make fun , why don't you lighten up and enjoy it. Or does it make you feel better about yourself, make you feel important to try to point out the obvious.

Good luck with that Dawn.

NO Loonie, I'm sometimes looking for entertainment as well. It's how I enjoy it. Sometimes I do have a serious post and sometimes I'm just looking for the loonies for the entertainment value. <3 to give them the satisfaction by sometimes taking the bait and seeing who else gets stirred up.

if this is what kids today are spending their time doing then this is just sad. facial hair actually makes you look sloppy and unkept. it just means your too lazy to groom yourslef and try getting a job looking like a lumberjack. repect is earned not because you can grow a beard but by doing other PRODUCTIVE things. . its not a skill. how about these kids go do something like a play a sport or join a club with meaning . . do service and put that on your resume. colleges arent going to chasing you because your part of a 'beard club' its not anything to brag about. i dont find this club funny either. . im not sure if thats what they were going for. . but its not. this is just useless and a waste of time.

liberty hs will let their kids get away with anything. theres so little teaching going on in that school it is really sad. the teachers should be ashamed of themselves for wasting time making a club like this. how about they encourage the kids to go help the poor, work at a soup kitchen. . community service .. ya know do better things than growing facial hair. . because thats such a skill. . .

chad-- i agree
the kids do look overweight, sorry to break it to ya liberty mom. maybe they should do something worth while and get some excise instead of making pointless clubs
and having this club is in no way helping their education whatsoever.. who cares if they can grow a beard.
if they wanna be 'creative' and 'express themsleves' then maybe they should go back to kindergarten where they promote that kind of immaturity because youre too young to know any better. this is stupid and a waste of an article

This is ridiculous people... You obviously are all so insecure with your own lives that you have to go around bashing teenagers for having fun
I'm sure you guys are respected a LOT where you come from
Just please, grow up a little bit, let them have fun, and shut up about things that don't even involve you

Chad and Love Guru,

Seriously? You guys are obviously so damn insecure with yourselves that you have to pick on a bunch of high school kids you don't even know. I know that all three of these kids are very active and healthy kids that undergo grueling workouts and heavy lifting for most of the year. From swimming to football, i'm sorry that strong and muscular looks like "fat" to you. Get a life.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
