It is good to pass on the art of craftmanship to our youth.
Ther is no instant gratification in craftmanship but the end result is always worth the effort.
If you want instant, buy Chinese.

Back when I was a welder, I took a lot of pride in my work. It's been more than eight years since I've held a TIG torch, but when I look at the name plate I made for my (now dead) grandfather who was a machinist back in WWII, a simple piece of T-304 flatbar with his name TIG-filleted on it, I still feel good and miss it.

I always start with a nice 4x4 but end up with a long toothpick....a nice toothpick though, not like the cheap store-bought ones.

Wish I'd known about it, I'd have gone. WW is a wonderful and fulfilling hobby.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Gemini

You're full of empathy and compassion today, helping you tune into what's going on around you, and to know instinctively when someone needs your support. You're also prepared to hand out a second chance if someone's recently let you down. At the moment you have no interest in holding grudges, because you know you're bigger than that.
