No imminent collapse for Carlsbad brine well (10:59 a.m.)

According to Susana Martinez and the Tea Party, if a oil company creates a brine cavern under your property and the cavern collapses and destroys a property owner's property, it is the property owner's problem and no one else's since big oil can never expected to take any responsibility for their actions.
