Looks like you were up there flying around in either a MIG or a YAK from the wing marking, Luis.

We are taking checks and credit cards this year...but make sure you get in the right lane: There will be a Cash-Only line and a separate Credit Cards/Check line. Or, get advanced tickets at the Lensic and you get to go to the front of either line!

I hope the city officials ensure that thier emergency response system are up to date. You never know. Secondly, I hope the airport officials ensure that these planes do not fly into the residential areas and violate any FAA flight rules, including noise impact on the landowners adjacent to the airport boundaries. Yeah, it is nice to have some airshow events at the airport but I think the city is pushing the legal limit of noise abatement for the residents who have to endure the constant noise coming from the airport. I cannot wait when the county residents join in a class action suit against the city airport noise. It is just a matter of time.

It's for one weekend. You sound a bit stiff. Lighten up and go enjoy the show or leave town for a few days. On second thought, move back to wherever you came from.

I sure wish you had a clue as to what the FAA rules and regulations were. They're online - FAA.gov . Give them a read and tell us what you think may be violated, or do you prefer to make ignorant statements and not back anything up?

It's for one weekend. Backup is the schedule. You're stiff and need to lighten up. Backup is in your post. Anything else?

"legal limit of noise abatement for the residents who have to endure the constant noise coming from the airport."

I arrived in Santa Fe 42 years ago, the airport was already existing at that time and offering commercial service... when did you get here?
If you object to the noise so much why did you take up residence near the airport?
The airshow is one day a year... go downtown and visit a museum until 3pm today it is quieter there today.

I guess you don't live by the airport to actually see these pilots flying thier toys at low levels above the homes of these landowners daily. If you think the FAA is looking out for the safety and best interests of the Santa Fe County citizens, you need to look at the whole picture and not just a one day event at the airport. By the way, I don't need to back up anything or argue with you about what is happening to those county residents regarding noise compliants from the airport. Why don't you ask them on what goes on daily and night in thier neighborhood?
